The employee app is the digital channel to reach all employees quickly and easily at home and on the road. Employees without their own company e-mail or without easy access to the intranet stay informed.

All employees are kept up to date on important decisions and have their questions answered.

How do you communicate new decisions to employees?
Especially companies with more than 200 employees may ask this question. A fast communication tool is missing with which all employees are continuously provided with results, agreements or new processes. The challenge affects many industries: Logistics, aviation, nursing and hospitals, cities and their employees, internationally operating companies.

Use without obstacles
Nothing is more annoying than complicated login routines. If that doesnt work, employees quickly lose interest or dont install the app at all. It should be simple and secure. Even use without training must work.

Comments and Likes
In order for employees to participate, they must register with their real name. Then they can comment, link and participate in discussions. Employees who want to look first can receive messages without a personal login.

Multilingualism
You can choose between two languages, presets are saved. The quick change between the languages makes the dialogue across language boundaries easier.

Categorized news feeds
News from the company, divided into a few categories, filterable by curated hashtags.

Feedback
Feedback is important and those who want to get involved should be able to do so without further ado.

Privacy
Employees do not want to be monitored. For this reason, we do not use analytical instruments that document personal behaviour.

Simple editing
Editors must be able to concentrate on the content. To edit pages, there are different design templates and Rich Text Editors. Contributions can be produced on hold and published in a planned manner.

Favouring news
Sometimes it is necessary to mark messages as top messages or to prioritize them permanently. News can be made sticky at the top of the newsfeed.

Push notifications
Internal communicators and CEOs love this function, preferably all news should be pushed. Employees sometimes see it differently, so they can decide whether they want to allow push messages.
